Stable Office Automation is a privately owned office furniture and office equipment dealership founded in 1987 by Tan Su Choon, who remains owner and Managing Director of the company. Tan and his team have achieved unparalleled success within the Malaysian contract office furniture marketplace.

During this period, Stable Office Automation has developed an outstanding reputation for the successful execution of major contract delivery, operating at the top end of the commercial office market sector whilst collaborating with some of Malaysia's premier architectural and interior design practices.

That reputation rests on something simple: we look after the people who have to use what we install. A chair specified for an eight-hour shift, a floor planned so circulation actually works, a copier that gets serviced before it fails — those are the details that decide whether an office works a year after handover.

Five trades, one contractor

Most dealerships stop at furniture. We also supply and install telecommunication systems, office devices, audio visual systems, and the design and finishes around them — carpets, wallpapers, gypsum board partitions, suspended ceilings and blinds. Where we work

Our head office and showroom are in Kulim, Kedah, within reach of Kulim Hi-Tech Park, and a branch office in Perai covers Penang island and the mainland. Most of our work sits inside that corridor — semiconductor and electronics plants, automotive manufacturers, hospitals, councils and government departments.
